Our sundry distribution partners at Mechanical Servants have asked us to inform all customers placing orders for ETC sundries and Convenience Valet products for your amenities cabinets that they will no longer be able to accept faxed orders.
 
Mechanical Servants has partnered with Tradavo to offer online convenience to their clients. For the past few months they have continued to accept faxed orders, but can no longer do so due to invoicing issues that require all orders to be processed online.
 
Ed Edick, VP of Operations at Mechanical Servants, contacted us to request that we inform all properties that faxed orders can no longer be accepted effective immediately. Any orders sent by fax will not be processed as it requires a great deal of manual data entry on their side to handle hardcopy orders.
 
To place an order for your sundry needs, simply register for a Tradavo account, log in, and select the items you need from the Mechanical Servants category in the dropdown list. If you have lost your username or password, just contact us.
 
There is no difference in price, ordering minimums or shipping time. You simply have the added convenience of online ordering!
