Hello from Tradavo!
At a recent Extended Stay GM conference, Bobby Martyna -- Tradavo's President and CEO, had the pleasure of meeting hundreds of GM's and hearing their feedback and suggestions on the Tradavo Program. It was a phenomenal event that allowed valuable one-on-one time and productive discussions regarding the needs of the customers we so proudly serve.
Below are the top comments made by GM's:
1. WE NEED ICE CREAM! NOW!
Let us just say, in no uncertain terms, IT IS COMING! In order to expedite the process of selecting hundreds of distributors to meet the needs of our customers, we have changed our approach to securing distributors on a national level. We will have a firm nationwide rollout date available to you in about a week, so be watching for that announcement.
Rest assured that the Ice Cream and Frozen Dinners Program is the absolute #1 priority for every employee at Tradavo, and we will not rest until the 48 states that we serve are covered!
2. We want to use Tradavo, but we don't know where to begin!
We had several GM's say they registered, briefly checked out the site, but didn't really know where to begin when it came to what products would sell best or how to find the products they already carried.
So we have compiled a list of the Top 50 Products ordered by GM's in 2007 and included their SKU's so you can simply print the list, enter the SKU's into the search bar and select the quantities you need. This document can be downloaded by visiting us on the web.
3. Price, Price, Price
You want prices that compare to Costco for obvious reasons. And while our prices are competitive - particularly when you consider the convenience, the reduced time that is required to manage your market, and the many issues eliminated in sending employees offsite to Costco - we do recognize that they are not Costco prices.
Our merchandising team is working closely with nationally recognized distributors and manufacturers to not only reduce prices, but also to secure rebates and promotion programs and dramatically expand the already wide assortment of products Tradavo can offer to your hotel.

In short, when it comes to the suggestions and requests you have, we are on it! If there is something that we missed that is of importance to you, let us know about it.
