Tradavo Rolls Out Nationwide Ice Cream Program
 
     
 

 

 

 
 

Tradavo is pleased to announce the highly

 

anticipated ice cream and frozen program!

Beginning February 8th, ice cream will be available across the United States. Frozen foods will also be available to 96% of our clients. There are a few states where there simply are no frozen food distributors willing to serve small format retail operations. See "Exclusions" below for more information on areas that do not have full service available.

New Customers - Get Registered Now! Our distributors have asked us to provide them a list of our current customers to help them tackle the administrative side of adding a thousand properties to their delivery routes. We would like to send them a complete list, so we ask that properties who have been waiting to register with Tradavo until this program was in place to please register your property now.

 
Delivery Times
The distributors have also informed us that FOR THE FIRST ORDER ONLY, delivery will take 1-2 weeks. Be sure to keep this in mind when placing your first order. Thereafter, delivery times will range from as early as 1 business day to as many as 7 days depending on the established delivery route of the distributor in your region.
 

Exclusions

The following regions will have Ice Cream products available, but do not currently have a frozen foods distributor anywhere in their region that is able to service the small format retail operations like hotel pantries: Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, South Dakota, Idaho, Memphis, TN, Bowling Green, KY, Omaha, NE, Southeastern Iowa, Western Colorado, Norther Michigan, Vestal, Binghampton/Johnson City, NY, St. George, UT.

 

Unfortunately, there is no coverage for Ice Cream or Frozen in a limited region of VA including current properties in Lynchburg, Winchester and Charlottesville, VA.

 
We will continue our efforts to secure both ice cream and frozen foods availability across the country. If your property is in a region that has limited or no distribution available, rest assured that we are still seeking alternatives to accommodate your hotel!

Current Customers
Do nothing! We will forward your property's information to the distributor in your region. You have waited long enough! We'll take care of the rest.
 
Current Customers Already Receiving Ice Cream
Again, do nothing! You are already set up with a distributor and, from the feedback we have received, have been very happy with the program. No changes will occur in your current ordering or delivery process.
 
Unregistered Customers

How It Works.
 
Ice Cream and Frozen Products will be available in your category dropdown list to all properties beginning on February 8th.

Ice Cream and Frozen Foods cannot be delivered UPS, so there will be a few differences. You will order these products using the convenient online ordering platform that you enjoy for all your other pantry inventory, but all frozen products will be delivered off a truck by a local distributor who has been carefully selected based on their service record, pricing, and assortment.
