Tradavo's Cool Online Features

Hello from Tradavo!
Our development team has built some great tools to make your job of ordering and reconciling orders - online and available 24/7! Not just the convenient online ordering that allows you to order all your pantry inventory online, but also tools to help you every step of the way once that order is placed!
We receive daily requests for order status and invoices, and while we are ALWAYS happy to assist you and pride ourselves on quick and helpful customer service, we want to make sure that you know where to find these things so you do not experience even a moments delay!
Online Order Tracking
Did you know you can track your packages in real time when you log in to your account? By simply clicking a link, you can see when the package shipped, where it is in transit and when it will arrive. And if it has already arrived, you can see who signed for it, so you can go track them down too!
To Track An Order:
- Log In to your Tradavo Account
- Click On Invoices (Located on the Top Right Navigation Bar)
- Click on the invoice number for the order you wish to track
- Click on the blue link that says "Shipped UPS" and the date.
- You will be taken directly to the UPS tracking page for that order and can view all information regarding that package
Because Ice Cream and Frozen foods are delivered locally by a distributor, tracking information for those products is not available.
Online Purchase History
We also store your entire purchase history online, so you or your accounting team can retrieve invoices at any time! If you would like to add an accounting team member, you can do so by logging in, clicking "account" the Add/Edit User. That way they can get invoices as needed.
To Retrieve an Invoice:
- Log in to your Tradavo Account
- Click on Invoices
- Select the invoice that you need to print or reconcile.
- If you ordered items from more than one distributor, you will have more than one invoice for that order date. The charges reflected on each will correlate with the charges made to your P Card or corporate card if you are not on billing.
If you prefer to receive only one invoice electronically from Tradavo, join the Tradavo Net15 Billing Program.
To Sign Up for Billing:
- Log in to your Tradavo Account
- Click on Account
- Click on View Credit Cards on File
- Delete the cards that are on file
- The next time you place an order, at checkout, you will be offered the billing program option for checkout. Please read the terms carefully, provide an electronic signature, and you will be signed up automatically with no delays to your order.

It's finally here, and it's flying off the shelves!
We successfully launched the highly anticipated ice cream and frozen food program last week, and WOW! What a response!
Hundreds of properties ordered their Haagen Dazs, Lean Cuisine, Hot Pockets and more along with their regular orders of food, beverages and sundries.
Tradavo is one giant step closer to being the one stop shop for your pantry! And we couldn't be happier about the feedback we have received from managers whose pantries are enjoying increased revenues from having an easy solution to maintain a well-stocked convenience store for your valued guests.
