Effective Ordering

At Tradavo we want to make your retail area as profitable as possible. One way to increase profitability is through effective ordering, below are three best practices with proven results. 

Managing Minimums

Because Frito-Lay products have a very short shelf life, we recently launched a new 30 bag minimum on salty snacks (reduced from 60 bags). By taking advantage of our lower minimums and ordering more frequently, you can better monitor shelf life and ensure quality. We have also consolidated many minimums and eliminated others.

Future Occupancy

Looking at your forward occupancy can help you determine order quantities.  If you know a large group is coming you minimize out of stocks by ordering accordingly.


Auto-Replenishment

Utilize our Auto-Replenishment service, where we take the guess work out of inventory management and reordering. With Auto-Replenishment we can load your cart based on current inventory, par levels, and forward occupancy.
