No More Amazon Charges!
The long awaited end to the Amazon credit card charges has arrived, and we couldn't be happier to share the news! Going forward, you will receive one charge from Tradavo for all items purchased from Amazon instead of multiple charges each time an Amazon product ships. This will greatly improve your ability to reconcile invoices and make shopping with Tradavo even simpler. And remember: You can find itemized invoices online anytime by logging in to your account and clicking on "Invoices."
Expanded QuickFill Assortment
The Tradavo QuickFill Program, which brings popular items to you in 1-2 business days as opposed to the standard 3-5 days, has been enthusiastically received by busy managers who need a quick supply solution for their hotel markets and gift shops. To accommodate this demand, we are rapidly expanding the category to include more of the most popular salty snack items your property carries with FREE expedited shipping. Just look for the "Buy QuickFill" items on the Salty Snacks Page.
Online Order Tracking
Need to know when your items will arrive? Just log in, click on "Invoices," and select the order that you wish to track. It will not only tell you what has shipped, but by clicking the blue link, you will be connected to the UPS site to see exactly where your order is in transit.
Watch for Falling Prices!
Tradavo is in the process of negotiating deeper discounts with some of our largest manufacturing partners. Be watching for lower prices on some of the most popular items you order - beginning with Frito Lay!
Invoice Improvements
We contacted a panel of GM's to discuss what they needed for quicker reconciliation of invoices. Based on their responses we have broken the invoices down into individual subtotals for each charge that is made by a distributor.
Our development team is also working on a tool for online payment of your invoices for even easier accounting. We'll keep you posted on the launch of that new feature.
REMINDER: Your entire purchase history is available online by logging in and clicking "Invoices" on the top right navigation bar. You can review and print current and past invoices anytime just by logging in!
Expired Frito Lay Items
We recently experienced issues with expired, and nearly expired, Frito Lay products coming from our distribution partner, Amazon.com. In response, we have temporarily pulled all affected Amazon-supplied, Frito Lay products pending a demonstrated correction to the situation. The expanded QuickFill program, which is supplied by a different distributor, should prevent any disturbance to your ordering needs.
The expiration issue only affected a limited number of Frito Lay products such as Doritos, Cheetos, and Funyuns. Popular specialty chips such as Boulder Chips, Kettle Brand, and Pringles have not experienced this problem - nor have any of the products offered in the recently expanded QuickFill Program. Items purchased using the QuickFill Program come with a freshness guarantee that ensures all products have a minimum of 21 days to expiration upon arrival.
If you received expired products on any of your recent orders, please let us know right away, and we will happily refund those items.
