Order, Checkout and Delivery Instructions

Program Overview

Tradavo is continually adding categories to the Tradavo Ordering Platform to supply your hotel pantries and gift shops. Another big step in that direction is forthcoming, as we are rolling out ice cream and frozen dinners in conjunction with Nestle/Dreyer's/Edy's and local distributors across the country.

Unlike the shelf-stable products and chocolate items offered on the Tradavo Ordering Platform, ice cream and frozen dinners are handled slightly differently:

  • These items will not be shipped via common carrier (e.g. UPS, FedEx, USPS).  
  • Products will be delivered by your local Nestle/Dreyer's/Edy's distributor using a process called Direct Store Delivery (DSD).
  • Charges will not be made until the delivery person delivers and reconciles your order at your hotel property on the day of delivery.

The Tradavo Ordering Platform -- with all its convenience and powerful features -- will still be used to place and reconcile orders for these new categories, so that you may continue to enjoy a single ordering interface for a wide variety of products.

Ordering Instructions

 

Step 1. Placing Your Order

Log in to Tradavo, shop for Ice Cream and Frozen Dinners placing desired items in cart. When shopping is complete  and $150 minimum has been met, Click Check Out. No charge is made and no invoice is generated at this point. Order is forwarded by Tradavo to your local Ice Cream/Frozen Dinners Distributor.

Step 2. Receiving Delivery

In 3-5 business days, the driver will arrive with the products that were ordered. The driver will add products to your order or accept valid returns as per your request (additions subject to availability).                                           

Step 3.  Final Check Out and Invoicing

Upon completion of delivery, the hotel employee and the delivery driver will log into the Tradavo Ordering Platform together.  Select the Delivery Truck icon and enter the correct amount that was delivered, including additional product requests and returns. When the order is agreed upon, checkout is completed and the order is billed. Invoices can be accessed online anytime by logging in and selecting "Invoices."

Return Policy

Our Guarantee

  • 100% credit on any items that expire or are damaged at delivery
  • 100% credit on any Items that are damaged for reasons other than a freezer breakdown (ie. packaging is ripped or item is broken, smashed)
  • 100% credit if a Nestle-owned freezer breaks down causing loss or damage to products
  • No credit is given if a non-Nestle freezer breaks down or for product loss due to power outages
