Frozen orders are shipped UPS and FedEx and must be delivered on business days (prior to a weekend or holiday).

If you miss the cutoff day/time, your order may not be shipped until the following Monday to ensure product integrity.

To receive your order by Friday of the week in which you order, please select your region and Order By guidelines:

Pink Areas - Place orders no later than Thursday, 1pm Eastern

Light Blue Areas - Place orders no later than Wednesday, 1pm Eastern

Orange Areas - Place orders no later than Tuesday, 1pm Eastern

Green  and Purple Areas - Place orders no later than Monday, 1pm Eastern
