Bobby Martyna is President and CEO of Tradavo, the market leader in providing retail services from design to sourcing to help small format retailers succeed at retail.

The idea for Tradavo came to him while visiting a number of special market retailers only to discover that most struggle a great deal to supply their stores because distributors and manufacturers are unable to reach them with traditional distribution and promotional programs.

As Tradavo's President and CEO, Bobby Martyna has built strategic relationships in the retail, distribution and consumer products industries through his passion for identifying and building retail solutions that improve and simplify the supply management process for small market retailers. It is his goal to provide them an even playing field with affordable products, technology and services, and to help them succeed no matter how small their retail operation may be.

Bobby is also currently a Managing Director of Consumer Equity Partners, a start-up development company in the retail and consumer products industry.
