How does the Tradavo program work?
Tradavo is an online ordering platform that brings together the products of many nationwide distributors such as Amazon.com, Mechanical Servants and Nestle/Dreyers to offer a wide assortment of products from many distributors on one platform.
Qualified distributors in our network receive your orders via the Tradavo Ordering Platform. They ship directly from their distribution centers to you via UPS/FedEx, or via delivery truck in the case of ice cream and frozen items. Products may arrive at your property as soon as the next day and, in most cases, will be received in no more than five business days. It is always best to order on Saturday or Sunday to ensure your products will be delivered the same week!
Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
No. Because you are ordering from multiple distributors all over the country, you will receive multiple shipments for your products ordered. We have asked our distributors to combine as many products as possible into one shipment, but at times, you will receive multiple shipments from the same distributor because different items from your order are housed in different distribution centers.
What are the shipping minimums? Minimums are very reasonable. For standard shipping, the minimum order is only $25. For expedited shipping (required for some specially packaged items, such as chocolate), the minimum is $75. Mechanical Servants has a minimum of $150. And the Nestle minimum for ice cream and frozen dinners is $150. But don't worry -- our web application will assist you in hitting these minimums, and none of our customers to date has had a problem reaching these low minimums.
