Important FAQs

How does the Tradavo program work?
Tradavo is an online ordering platform that brings together the products of many suppliers in our network.

Qualified partner suppliers in our network receive your orders via the Tradavo Ordering Platform. They ship directly from their distribution centers to you via UPS/FedEx. Products may arrive at your property as soon as the next day and, in most cases, will be received in no more than five business days. It is always best to order on Saturday or Sunday to ensure your products will be delivered the same week!

Will my entire order arrive in one shipment?
No. Because you are ordering from multiple supplier partners all over the country, you may receive multiple shipments for your products ordered.

What are the shipping minimums? Minimums are very reasonable and range from $50 to $100, depending upon your program.
